What do you require from Class A CDL drivers?
A valid Class A CDL, a minimum of two years of over-the-road experience, a clean motor vehicle record, a current medical card, and the ability to pass a DOT drug test and physical. We are looking for drivers who want to be Virginia based.
How and how often do FORVAL Express drivers get paid?
Drivers are paid weekly by direct deposit, with quarterly safety performance bonuses on top of mileage pay. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, and 100% no-touch freight.
Do you take on owner-operators?
No. We do not contract with owner-operators. All FORVAL Express LLC drivers are w-2 company drivers. If you are applying as an owner-operator, include your MC number on the application form and our recruiting team will walk you through the rest.
How old is the equipment drivers run?
Every tractor and trailer in our fleet is six years old or newer. Maintenance is handled through our partnership with Foreign Valley Trucking LLC, a full-service diesel repair shop, which keeps downtime low and equipment road-ready.
